Lutz Associates Architects has provided architectural services to our valued clients since 1978, developing long-term relationships.  Our approach is personal and collaborative, focused on-“placemaking” within the culture and natural environment of the project.

LAA was formed in 1978 by Gregg Lutz. The firm includes architects, interior designers, planners, and their support staff. Our reputation is based on providing our clients with complete professional services to meet their unique requirements. We produce creative solutions in context with their site and community, within the time frame of our clients' deadlines.

We believe that developing buildings should be a positive experience for ourselves and our clients. We are committed to a consultant team approach to architecture, with the client as a fundamental member of that team and that the team should be engaged from project initiation. We are a service oriented firm providing the professional expertise and experience needed to:

  • develop a building programme with private and public clients
  • assist in potential site evaluation
  • lead the project team through municipal rezoning and development permit processes
